Production of oxide-based superconducting film

Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a superconducting film excellently oriented by brief calcination by adding a specified amt. of Ag to a mixture of the organometallic compds. contg. the elements constituting an Ln-Ba-Cu-O-based superconducting oxide (Ln is lanthanides) in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of the organometallic compds. contg. the elements constituting an Ln-Ba-Cu-O-based superconducting oxide (Ln is lanthanides) in a specified ratio or the soln. of the mixture in a solvent is applied on a substrate and then heat-treated to produce the film. In this case, Ag is added by 0.1-10mol% based on Ln. The Ag is also added as the organometallic compd. such as the octylate and naphthenate. Meanwhile, a metal alkoxide, a metal acetylacetonato and a metal carboxylate (metal org. acid salt) are used as the organometallic compd. COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
